今天早上有补习，结果起来后右半个肩膀酸的要命...
尤其是手臂的肌肉，动一下下就痛得要死= =''
难不成是昨天做pull-up做的？55555肥肉太多了...就是拉不起来唉！
Maria做了20多个！而我！可悲啊！
不过好歹的也通过了napfa...
我现在才发现菲亚多么的恐怖！
30秒你能做几个仰卧起坐？40多个就很不错了！其实只要30以上就过了！
没想到！竟然有这么恐怖的人！80多个！天啊！晕！
看她做的像个机器似的．．．平均是每秒２个！
恐怖大魔王！我看真得找不到几个男生可以跟她比的了．．．

今天下午去了图书馆．．．在那里看了两个小时多的恐怖小说
当然啦，中间还睡了一小觉．．．哈哈
我一直不太喜欢看恐怖小说，我觉得恐怖电影更恐怖。
而文字根本起不到什么作用，还是影像印象比较深刻。
不过这本书真的写得好恐怖！是即晴写的．．．书名忘了
好像是什么请锁上门之类的．．．
本来想借回家，结果因为有罚款所以没法借．．．
悔恨啊！

今天我们班的四大美女赢了辩论赛的最后一轮！鼓掌鼓掌！

美女们一路过关斩将，打败了3个班，杀进了决赛！耶！

今天比赛是下午3点，这个时候我们其他人正好有AEP...

所以就找了我们可爱的季老师去和Mr. Lim谈判。

然后，（谢谢大帅哥老师！）我们去看了比赛！

当然，是边看比赛边做人物素描啦！哈哈。

是辛苦了点，但是值得！我们的四大美女都超水平发挥耶！

她们说当看到我们其他人进来支持她们的时候，真是超高兴超relief的！
